How to Update Piece Rates

This document contains a how-to step by step guide on how to update piece rates. You will need the Punch Clock module to access this feature.

Ā  Instructions

  1. Head to the Punch Clock Admin under the Punch Clock drop-down.

  2. Once you are on the Punch Clock Admin page, you can use the filters to narrow down to which date. activity, employee, or work crew you would like to update

  3. After finding the employeeā€™s work log you would want to update press the edit button beside the work log and it will bring you to the Edit Employee Work Log screen.

    1. Scroll down until you see the Work Log Details section here you will the pieces that the employee has done.

    2. In the 1st column of the table, you will see checkboxes if you click the 1st one in the column it will select all the pieces or alternatively you can check off only the specific pieces you would like to change.

    3. Once you have determined which pieces you would like to update press the Adjust Selected button in the top right of the table and once the pop-up comes up check off the piece rate section and update the piece rate to the new one from the list of piece rates and press Adjust.

  4. Press the save button when you are done updating the piece rates and you will be brought back to the Employee Worklogs screen.
