Punch Clock Kiosk Add On Subscription App Instruction

This document contains a step by step guide on how to use the Punch Clock Kiosk add on subscription on a mobile device for badging employees in and out. You will need the Punch Clock Kiosk add on module to access this feature.

  Instructions

  1. Login on a mobile device to your dedicated kiosk user. (See linked page here for instructions on setting up a kiosk only user.)

  2. Tap on ‘Punch Clock Kiosk’ from the dashboard

  3. Tap on ‘Launch Kiosk’ to enable the camera (Optionally switch the camera direction from back to front using the icon in the top right corner.)

  4. Use an employee badge and scan to start the time on a worklog for that employee

  5. When the shift if over, scan the employee badge again to end the worklog.

  6. Full Punch Clock users can view and edit and report on work logs from the Kiosk as needed

Employee badges and default activties for employees can be set by the Punch Clock admin level users. See Punch Clock instruction main page for more details.
