Mobile App - How to Print Work Receipts

This document contains a step by step guide on how to field print work receipts using the iOS mobile app. You will need the Punch Clock module to access this feature.

Instructions
1. Login to the Croptracker mobile app.
2. Connect a mobile printer to your device.
For help with this, see iOS App: How to set up a mobile printer.
3. From the dashboard, tap the Punch Clock option from the list.
4. From the Punch Clock menu choose Print Work Receipts.
5. From the Print Work Receipts page you can choose one or more employees from the list. Tapping a work crew will select all the employees under that crew.
6. When the employees are selected, tap Next to proceed.
7. Then select the Date worked.
8. (Optional) Choose the Mobile Printer. By default it will be set to the most recently used field printer.
9. Tap Print to begin printing the receipts. If the selected printer is not connected, you'll be prompted to choose a printer that is currently connected.
