Mobile App - Record Work in Multiple Blocks
This document contains a step by step guide on how to use the “Record Work in Multiple Blocks” mobile feature. You will need the Punch Clock module to access this feature.

This feature allows you to record work for multiple employees across multiple blocks at the same time. Selecting multiple blocks and employees makes a worklog per employee and per block.
If you have one employee working amongst two blocks, this will create two worklogs. If you have two employees working amongst two blocks, this will create four worklogs.
Instructions
1. Navigate to the dashboard of the mobile app, and select 'Punch Clock'.
2. Next select, 'Record Work In Multiple Blocks'.
3. Once you arrive at the 'Create new worklogs' page, you can select the fields you want to use.
Employees: You can select one or more employees.
Blocks: Select one or more blocks. The duration on worklogs is prorated by the blocks' area : larger block = more time spent.
Start Date / End Date: Select the date that the worklogs took place.
Extra Details: This box allows you to select the activity, event, category, equipment, and make any additional comments.
4. When finished, select 'Create worklogs'.
