 Instructions
Bluetooth Connection
If you haven't yet connected the mobile printer to your iOS device, follow these steps:
Turn on the mobile printer.
On your iOS device, navigate to the Bluetooth menu in the Settings app.
The name of your mobile printer should be on the list of available devices.
If it doesn't have a recognizable name, the printer's name may be its serial number.
If the printer is already paired to another device, you will need to unpair it for it to be discoverable by your device.
You can unpair a device on iOS by tapping the icon next to the name of the mobile printer, and selecting Forget This Device.
Tap the printer's name to attempt to connect.
If a pairing code appears on-screen, tap Ok, then press the checkmark button on the mobile printer.
If the connection was successful the printer should now appear under the My Devices column.
Printer Configuration
To configure your Zebra printer on iOS, download the Zebra Printer Setup Utility app from the iOS App Store.
Use the Zebra app to ensure your printer is set up properly and contact Zebra for support if you need support in their app.Â
Once you have successfully printed with the Zebra app, try to print in the Croptracker app. If you can print in the Zebra app and not in the Croptracker app, contact support@croptracker.com for help troubleshooting.Â
