How to Transfer Inventory on the Offline App
This document contains a step by step guide on how to transfer inventory using the offline version of Shipping on the Croptracker mobile app. You will need the Shipping module to access this feature.

A transfer is an internal transaction used to move inventory from one warehouse to another within your organization. Inventory can be shipped and/or received against a transfer.
When a transfer is shipped in the web browser, a matching receiving event is generated in your system for the specified Destination Warehouse. This does not happen in the mobile app.
Ā Instructions
1. Login to the Mobile App on your compatible Android or iOS device.

2. On the Dashboard, find and select Shipping - Offline Beta.

3. Tap on the shipping event you want to add a transfer to.
a. If you have not made a shipping event, tap the + sign in the top right corner to create a new shipping event.Ā To make events in advance on the web browser instead, see How to Record Shipping.

4. Tap Attach Transaction to see the list of existing transactions.

5. Select as many transfers as you want for this event. Press the back button to go back to the event page when youāre finished.
You need to add a transfer to the shipment before scanning and loading inventory.Ā
a. To filter this list by status, press the menu button ( ) next to the + sign.
b. If you made a mistake, you can remove or edit a transfer from the event page by tapping the three dots ( ) on the right side of the transfer and selecting an option from the dropdown.
c. If you have not created a transfer yet, tap the + sign in the top right corner to create a new transfer.
i. Select the location the products are coming from. This is the only information required to create and save a transfer.
ii. Optionally, add other information about the transfer. Press the back button to go back to the event page when youāre finished.

6. Tap the transfer you want to add inventory to.

7. Tap the camera icon at the top right of the screen andĀ scan the tags for inventory that you want to load and ship.
a. Alternatively, type the codes in manually.
b. You can also tap the + sign in the top right corner to choose from a list of available inventory.
c. If you made a mistake, you can unload inventory by tapping the three dots ( ) on the right side of the event and selecting Unload from the dropdown.

8. Tap the Details tab at the top to add any other information about the shipment.

9. When youāre finished editing your shipping event, press the back button to go back to the event list.Ā

10. When you are ready to ship, tap the three dots ( ) on the right side of the event and select Ship from the dropdown.

11. The inventory will get marked as SHIPPED.
a. If you need to cancel the shipment, go back to the dropdown from step 10. There should now be an option that says Cancel Shipment.
