Step-by-step guide

  1. Create a shipping event. See How to Record Shipping for more information.

  2. At the bottom the shipping edit page are two lanes labels Available and Loaded. The Available lane lists all of your currently available inventory. The Loaded lane lists everyone currently loaded on the truck. Select the items you wish to load in the Available lane. You can filter this lane with the inputs at the top of the lane.

  3. Click the Load Selected (#) button to load all selected items. The (#) represents the number of selected items. If no items are selected the button is displayed as Load All (#) which loads all visible items in the lane (this does not include filtered items).

  4. To unload items select the items you wish to unload in the Loaded lane. Then click the Unload Selected (#) button.

  5. To load and ship pallets against an order see How to Ship Against an Order for more information.

  6. Once you have loaded the truck click the Save and Ship Load button to ship. This will lock the form and prevent further changes to the event.

  7. To cancel the shipment click the Cancel Shipment button. This will unlock the form and allow for changes and re-shipping.

  8. To print the waybill the shipment must be in the Shipped status. After shipping the truck click the Print Waybill button to print the waybill.
