Shipping Waybill Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Shipping Waybill Report.

To run this report, you need the Shipping and optionally the Order Desk module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Waybill Report

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

  • Product: Filters the report for a given product

  • Contact: Filters the report for a given contact

 

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Product Table:

  • Product: The name of the product on the shipment

  • Supplier: The name of your organization

  • Customer: The name of the customer where the shipment went

  • Destination: The destination where the shipment went

  • Tag/Code: The tag/code that the product is attached to

  • Harvest Class: The harvest class attached to the product

  • Units: The unit the product represents

Inventory Table:

  • Harvest Class: The harvest class attached to the product

  • Customer: The customer that the inventory will be sent to

  • Destination: The destination the inventory will be going

  • Tracking Code: The tracking code of the inventory

  • Units: The unit of the inventory

  • Weight: The weight of the inventory

Order Desk Columns:

  • Transaction: the name of the transaction

  • Transaction Ref.: The transaction reference number assigned to the transaction

  • PLU: Price look-Up code attached to the product

  • Price: the price attached to the product

  • Total: the total price of the product
