Shipping Detail Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Shipping Detail Report.
To run this report, you need the Shipping & Packing module(s).
Additionally the Order Desk module is recommended to fully use this report.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Ā
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
3. On the Reports page, select āShipping Detail Reportā
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
Packed Date: The date the shipped product was packed
Ship Date: The date the product was shipped
Product: The name of the product shipped
Pallet Tag: The pallet tag of the product
Transaction #: The transaction # that was attached to the shipment
Waybill #: The waybill number attached to the shipping event
Shipping Ref #: The shipment reference number
Units: The number of units that have been shipped
Supplier: The name of the supplier of the products
Packed By: The name of who packed the product
Customer: The name of the customer receiving the product
Pack Lot: The pack lot number of where the inventory was packed
Pallet Type: The type of pallet the product is on
Weight (lbs): The weight of the product in pounds
