How to Record Work Logs Against Harvest Events (Mobile)

This document contains a step-by-step how-to guide on how to record work logs against harvest events on the mobile app.

You will need the Punch Clock and Harvest module to access this feature.

You will also need to have Employees, Pay Schedules and optionally Work Crews, and Equipment set up.

  Instructions

  1. You will want to have a Harvest Event already made.

     

    1. Need help with making a harvest event? Check out https://croptracker.atlassian.net/l/cp/1YH1wqCa

  2. Press on the Harvest event you have created and go to the work logs tab.

     

    1. Press Punch In

       

    2. Select the Employee(s) that will be working in the Event

       

    3. Press Next in the bottom right

       

  3. You will be brought to the next step where you can follow this page's instructions on how to punch in employees https://croptracker.atlassian.net/l/cp/acZWHh4q.

     

    1. When you get to the following screen most of the information will be filled you be able to optionally add an end time to complete the work log, select equipment or a category and/or write a comment.

    2. Afterwards, you will press where it says Punch In. The work log is now attached to your Harvest Event and you will be able to run reports on the website.
