How to Create Work Crews

This document contains a step by step guide on how to create work crews for your employees. You will need the Punch Clock module to access this feature.

Step-by-step guide

  1. From the main menu on the Croptracker desktop platform, navigate to Punch Clock → Work Crews

     

  2. Select the blue Add Work Crew button on the right-hand side

     

  3. Enter a name for your work crew, and select an employee to be the boss of that crew

     

When you assign a workcrew boss you can change their preferences on the app so they can see only their crew. See Mobile App - Punch Clock Preferences Menu to see how to set that preference up.

5. Optionally you can add a work schedule for this crew which will be tracked under Work Schedules. See Work Schedules for more information
