Punch Clock Kiosk Set Up

This document contains a step by step guide on how to set up a dedicated user with the Punch Clock Kiosk add on subscription. You will need the Punch Clock Kiosk module to access this feature.

  Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions linked here to set up a new user in your Croptracker account. We advise using a dedicated email/user who you only give Punch Clock Kiosk permissions to take advantage of the security and limited visibility of this feature.

  2. Once the user is added, click on the ‘Punch Clock Kiosk’ subscription on their user page. (see screenshot below for example)

  1. Hit save and see the linked page here for instructions on using the feature on a mobile device.

Punch Clock Kiosk is a limited module that only allows for using an employee badge to start and stop worklogs. The set up of employees, changing or editing work logs can only be done from a full Punch Clock user.
