Cost of Spray Detail Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Cost of Spray Detail Report. This report calculates the cost of sprays provided chemical inventory pricing information has been previously recorded. You will need the Spray module to access this feature.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

3. On the Reports page, select Cost of Spray Detail Report.

Open

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

• Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.

• Growth Stage: Filters the report by the growth stage of the crop sprayed.

• Target Pest: Filters the report by the target pest at the time of the spray.

• Chemicals: Filters the report by the chemicals used in the spray.

• Crop Type: Filters the report by the crop type of the block.

• Spray Reason: Filters the report by the reason for spray.

• Responsible Person: Filters the report by the responsible person of the spray.

• Applicator: Filters the report by the applicator of the chemicals during the spray.

• Filter Block(s): Filters the report by specific blocks.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

• Date: The date that the spray belongs to

• Block: The Block the spray belongs to

• Area: The area size of the block

• Area Unit: The unit of the area

• Chemical: The chemical used in the spray

• Amount: The amount of chemical used in the spray

• Unit: The unit of the chemical sprayed

• Cost/Unit: The cost of the chemical sprayed per unit

• Cost/Acre: The cost of the chemical sprayed per acre

• Total Cost: Total cost of the spray
