USDA Spray Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the USDA Spray Report.

This report takes the chemical(s) used in a spray event, and then displays them by event and chemical.

Note: For the REI Expiration column it displays the chemical with the longest REI used in the tank.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘USDA Spray Report’

 

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

 

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Sprays within this date range will appear.



5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:

  • Date: the date of the spray

  • Event Ref #: The reference number of the spray

  • Block/Crop: The Block and crop where the spray took place

  • Wind dir.: The wind direction at the time of the spray

  • Temp: The temperature at the time of spray

  • Chemical Name: The name of the chemical used in the spray

  • Active Ingredient: The active ingredient of the chemical sprayed

  • EPA #: The EPA registration number of the chemical

  • Acres: The amount of acres sprayed

  • Total Amount Applied: The total amount of chemical applied during spray

  • Applicator: The applicator of the spray

  • REI Hours: Days until re entry

  • REI Expiration: The expiration of the re-entry period
