Famous Spray Export

This document will go over how to filter and run the Famous Spray Export. It is made to import Spray chemical usage data into Famous. To run this report, you need the Spray module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select Famous Spray Export.

 

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

 

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Choose a date range to export chemical usage data for.

  • Filter Block(s): Filters the report for the blocks where you want to generate the data.



5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:

  • Issue Date: The start date of the spray event.

  • Description: The name of the block sprayed and the spray event reference number.

  • Product ID: The chemical's export code. This can be changed by editing the Chemical Cost on the chemical edit page.

  • Whse Loc (Warehouse Location): The export code of the farm where the block was sprayed.

  • Grower Block ID / Cost Center ID: The block's export code.

  • Inventory Quantity: The amount of chemical used on that block.

  • Inventory Unit: The chemical rate unit.

  • Department ID: Not used.

  • Lot: Not used.

  • Grower Block ID / Cost Center ID Override: Not used.
