Cost of Spray Report

This document will go over how to filter and run the Cost of Spray. It calculates the cost of sprays provided chemical inventory pricing information has been previously recorded. To run this report, you need the Spray module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

3. On the Reports page, select Cost of Spray.

 

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

 

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Sprays within this date range will appear.

  • Growth Stage: Filters for the growth stage of the crop and spray.

  • Target Pest: Filters for the targeted pests for the spray.

  • Chemicals: Filters for the chemical used.

  • Responsible Person: Filters for the responsible person attached to the spray.

  • Applicator: Filters for the applicator of the chemicals on the spray event.

  • Filter Block(s): Filters for blocks where the spray took place.



5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:

  • Date: The date of the spray.

  • Variety/Block: The variety and block where the spray took place.

  • Growth Stage: The growth stage of the crop during time of spray.

  • Pests: The targeted pests at the time of spray.

  • Chemicals Applied: The chemicals applied during the spray event.

  • Comments: Additional comments left on the spray event.

  • Applicator: The applicator of the spray.

  • Chemical Cost: The cost of the spray calculated based on the amount of chemicals applied and the chemical cost.
