Croptracker Mobile Apps - Minimum required devices

iOS

Croptracker supports Apple iPhone and iPad devices with iOS 17 and higher. 

• Navigate to the Croptracker App Store listing: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/croptracker/id1115772660?mt=8
• Scroll down to the Information section
• The minimum iOS version is displayed next to the Compatibility label
• Your device must be capable of running at least this iOS version to install the Croptracker app
• We can't support Croptracker running on hardware that is not supported by its manufacturer - https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201624

Some compatible device examples include:

• iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, XR, XS
• iPad (6th generation), iPad Pro (2nd generation), iPad Mini (5th generation), iPad Air (3rd generation)

Not compatible

• iPhone 6, 7, 8, 9, X
• iPad (5th generation) and below

Android

Croptracker supports Android phones and tablets with Android 5.0 “Lollipop” and higher.

• Navigate to the Croptracker Play Store listing: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dragonflyit.croptracker&hl=en_CA
• Scroll down to the About this app section and click the arrow to open the dialog
• The minimum android version is displayed under the Requires Android label
• Your device must be capable of running at least this Android version to install the Croptracker app
• We can't support Croptracker running on hardware that is not supported by its manufacturer

Some compatible devices include:

• Samsung Galaxy S4 and higher
• Nexus 4 and higher
• Sony Xperia Z and higher
• LG G2 and higher
• Various Android devices manufactured after 2015
