How to Create Work Schedules

This document contains a how-to step by step guide on how to create a work schedule which can be attached to a work crew. You will need the Punch Clock module to access this feature.

Before starting make sure you have the following setup:

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Navigate toĀ Punch ClockĀ ā†’ Work Schedules

  2. Select the blueĀ Add Work Schedule button on the right-hand side of the page

  3. Enter a name and description for your work schedule, as well as the year and months it will apply to

  1. On the calendar view, click to select a start time, and again at the end time to create a scheduled block

  2. Click on the block you just created to edit it, and optionally add aĀ Schedule Type, such as "work" or "paid break"

  3. Click theĀ Save button in the top right corner and select the start date and the work crews you would like to assign this schedule to

  4. ClickĀ Save and ApplyĀ to apply this schedule to the selected crews
