How to Reset Your Password

Instructions: General Password Reset

These steps are for when you as a user do not have access to to change your password.

1. Visit https://www.croptracker.com/user/password/action/forgot/

2. Enter your email address in the box marked Email Address.

3. Complete the reCAPTCHA.

4. Click the Reset Password button.

5. You will be sent an email from support@croptracker.com containing instructions to finish resetting your password.

If you do not receive an email within an hour please check your spam folder. If you still have not received a password reset email please email us at support@croptracker.com.

Instructions: Admin to User Password Reset Email

1. Navigate to the Farm Manager

   Open

   

2. From the drop-down select User Admin

3. You will see a table with your users

4. Click the down arrow next to the user you will be sending a password reset to

5. Click ‘Send Password Reset Email’ that will send an email to that user

Instructions: Admin changing user password

1. Navigate to the Farm Manager

    

2. From the drop-down select User Admin

    

3. You will see a table with your users

    

4. Click the edit button next to the user you will be changing the password of.

    

5. In the User Admin :: Edit page where it says “change password & change password (confirm) fill in the new password.

    

6. Once you have entered the new password press save.
