How to Reset Your Password
Instructions: General Password Reset
These steps are for when you as a user do not have access to to change your password.
Visit https://www.croptracker.com/user/password/action/forgot/
Enter your email address in the box marked Email Address.
Complete the reCAPTCHA.
Click the Reset Password button.
You will be sent an email from support@croptracker.com containing instructions to finish resetting your password.
If you do not receive an email within an hour please check your spam folder. If you still have not received a password reset email please email us at support@croptracker.com.
Instructions: Admin to User Password Reset Email
These steps are for the User Admin and how they can send password resets to other users.
Navigate to the Farm Manager
From the drop-down select User Admin
You will see a table with your users
Click the down arrow next to the user you will be sending a password reset to
Click ‘Send Password Reset Email’ that will send an email to that user

Navigate to the Farm Manager
From the drop-down select User Admin
You will see a table with your users
Click the edit button next to the user you will be changing the password of.
In the User Admin :: Edit page where it says “change password & change password (confirm) fill in the new password.
Once you have entered the new password press save.
