Product Inspection Report
This document will go over how to filter and run the Product Inspection Report.
This report shows a summary of inspections for a specific template. You need inspection templates with the "Product" type to use this report.
To run this report, you need the Shipping and Quality Control module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.
Â
2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.
Â
3. On the Reports page, select ‘Product Inspection Report’
Â
4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:
Report Filters:
Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.
Inspection Template: The template you would like to filter the report by
Filter Blocks: Allows you to select a block to filter by.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:
Report Columns:
Inspection Date: The date the inspection was made
Inspection #: The number associated with this inspection
Inspection Lot #: The lot code associated with this inspection
Event #: The event # that the inspection was attached to
Product: The production the inspection was done on.
Variety: The variety selected for this inspection
Status: The status of the inspection
Specimens: The number of specimens inputted for this inspection
Columns after the Specimen column will be the Groups and Specs you set up beforehand on the inspection template. This report will vary depending on the amount of Groups and Specs you have set up on your template you are filtering by.
