How to Store Received Inventory (App)

This document contains a step by step guide on how to store received inventory. You will need the Storage and Receiving modules to access this feature.

Ensure that the inventory being stored is marked as received in the receiving event, in order for it to be stored.

Ā  Instructions

1. Login to the Mobile App on your compatible Android or iOS device.

2. From the dashboard, select the storage module.

3. Create a new storage event by clicking the '+' button in the top right corner. Or select an existing event from the list.

4. You will be taken to the storage event screen, from here select 'All Stored Items'.

5. From here you can add received inventory by typing or scanning a pallet barcode.

6. The same can be done by clicking the '+' button in the top right corner and selecting the received inventory from the list.

You can search for specific received inventory or pallets using the Filter search bar above the list.

7. Once the received inventory is selected it will be added to the stored items.
