How to Add HQV Scans in Receiving

This document contains a step by step guide on how to add HQV scans in Receiving. You will need the Harvest Quality Vision and Receiving modules to access this feature.

  Instructions

1. Login to the Mobile App on your compatible Android or iOS device.

 

2. Scroll through the Dashboard and tap Receiving to open the receiving event list.

3. Find and tap on the receiving event you want to scan for.

4. There are two ways to get to the scanning page from here.

a. Tap on the three dots ( image-20240411-160708.png ) next to the inventory you want to inspect.

b. From the dropdown, select ‘Take HQV Scan’.

c. Alternatively, tap the inventory you want to scan to open the editing page.

d. Scroll down to the ‘HARVEST QUALITY VISION’ section and tap ‘Start Scanning’.

 

5. Scan your products.

6. Your scan should appear in the ‘HARVEST QUALITY VISION’ section when it’s finished.
