Spray Records (Global GAP)

This document will go over how to filter and run the Spray Records (Global GAP).
This report displays information from Spray events using pesticides and adjuvants.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Spray Records (Global Gap)’

 

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

 

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Spray records within this date range will appear.

  • Crop Type: Filters the report for the crop type that has be sprayed.



5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:

  • Date: the date of the spray

  • Event Ref #: The Reference number of the spray

  • Status: The status of the spray

  • Title: The title of the spray event

  • REI: The days until re-entry

  • Area Treated: The area that was sprayed

  • Equipment: The equipment used to spray

  • Application Pattern: The application pattern of the spray

  • PCP #: The Pest Control Product Act registration number

  • Product: The chemical used for the spray

  • Active Ingredient: The active ingredient in the chemical used

  • Chemical Type: The type of chemical used

  • Target Pest / Disease / Weed: The target pest, disease or weed of the spray

  • Amount per Tank: The amount of chemical per sprayer tank

  • Rate: The output rate of the tank per area

  • Equivalent Rate: The output rate of the sprayer per unit

  • Sprayer Output Rate: The output rate of the sprayer per area

  • # of Tanks: The number of tanks used

  • Total Amount: The total amount sprayed

  • Weather: The weather condition at time of spray

  • PHI: The pre harvest interval after time of spray

  • EAHD: The earliest allowable harvest date

  • Category: The category of the event

  • Production Site: The production site of the event

  • Management Area: The management area of the event
