Setting Up a Production Practice Event (on the mobile app)

This document contains a how-to step by step guide on how to set up a Production Practice Event on the Croptracker app. You will need the Production Practice module to access this feature.

1. Login on Croptracker’s mobile application.

 

2. Select ‘Production Practice’ from the menu.

 

3. You will be taken to a list of current Production Practice Events in your account.

 

 

Note: You can tap the dropdown arrow next to an existing event to access ‘Worklogs’, edit or delete the event.

 

 

 

 

4. To create a new Production Practice event, tap on the plus '+' button in the top right corner.

 

5. Select the Start and End time of the event.




Note: The time can be edited after so if you do not know the end time, you can adjust when the event has ended.

 

6. Hit ‘Activity’ to move to the selection list to specify which activity you will be performing.



 

6 a. Type into the search bar at the top of the page to filter this list for faster selection.

 

6 b. Optionally select any ‘Category’, ‘Equipment', or ‘Status’ that apply/are needed.

 

 

7. Hit ‘Tap to select blocks’ to choose from a list of locations this event will take place in.

 

8 a. Use the search bar at the top of the screen to filter the list for selection and tap to select any blocks that apply. Hit ‘Done’ in the top right corner when finished.

 

 

Alternatively use the QR button in the top right corner to scan the locations QR - See instructions on how to print area QR codes.

8 b. Tap to add any Comments or Notes as needed.

 

9. Hit Save when done. You will be taken back to the list of Production Practice events. From here hit the dropdown arrow to access ‘Worklogs’, and edit or delete the event.
