iOS: How to turn off Reachability

This document contains a step-by-step guide on how to turn off reachability on iOS devices.

  Instructions

  1. Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Touch, then turn off Reachability.

  2. The accessibility feature should now be turned off - to test to see if you it has been turned off try the following:

    1. On an iPhone with Face ID: Swipe down on the bottom edge of the screen.

    2. On an iPhone with a Home button: Lightly double-tap the Home button.

  3. The screen should not pull down.
