This document will go over how to access the HQV Sales Report.
This report is a PDF download summary of HQV size results at an event level.
To run this report, you need the Harvest Quality Vision (Advanced Reporting) module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard or the , filter for or find in the list, the HQV event you would like to report on. Using the filter at the top of the Dashboard and/or the event type filter on the side of screen can help.

 

3. Once HQV event has been identified, tap on the drop down arrow in the ‘Actions’ column of the event summary and select ‘Sales Report’

 

4. Clicking on the Sales Report will prompt a PDF download of the report. See downloads folder or download bar on your browser to find the file.

See example PDF and screenshot examples below. The HQV event inventory data is at the top and a break down of the size ranges according to the Class Sizes in your account.
