How to see how many scans you have taken with Harvest Quality Vision

This document contains a how-to step by step guide on how to see many scans you have taken with Harvest Quality Vision. You will need the Harvest Quality Vision & Billing Admin module/subscription to access this feature.

Instructions
Login to Croptracker on the web
Navigate to Farm Manager → Select Invoices
From the list of invoices find your most recent invoice and press view.
Make sure there is a line item of Harvest Quality Vision Scans (xxxx) - Copy/Remember the invoice date, This will be used later.
Navigate to the Harvest drop-down → Select Harvest Quality Vision Scans
In the Harvest Date filter type in/paste in the invoice date as the start date and then today's date.
You will see the number of scans you have taken at the top of the table.
Then it would be Number of Scans Bought - Number of entries = Scans Left
Example:
Pre Paid Scans: 7000
Entries: 2966
7000 - 2966 = 4034 scans left
