Harvest Quality Vision QC Report

This document will go over how to access the HQV QC Report.

This report is available with Harvest Quality Vison module and can also include inspection results attached to HQV events. To add and access inspection results, you also need the Quality Control module.

This report, at the moment, is optimized for Apples. This report displays Croptracker's baked-in carton count size classes for apple growers.

To display your own size classes in this report, you must download the PDF. (See Step 5). You need Croptracker’s HQV advanced reporting subscription to add your own customer size classes.


Instructions

 
1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. From the Dashboard or the , filter for or find in the list, the HQV event you would like to report on. Using the filter at the top of the Dashboard and/or the event type filter on the side of the screen can help.

 

3. Once the HQV event has been identified, tap on the drop-down arrow in the ‘Actions’ column of the event summary and select ‘QC Report’


4. You will be brought to Apple HQV/QC Report and here you will have information that was recorded by the HQV Scan and information inputted into the QC inspection.


5. Clicking Download PDF will download the report into PDF format and will display your custom-size classes. See the downloads folder or download bar on your browser to find the file.

See example PDF and screenshot examples below. The HQV event inventory data is at the top and a breakdown of the size ranges according to the Class Sizes in your account.
