Storage Report Manager : Storage Commodity

This document will go over how to filter and run the Storage Report Manager : Storage Commodity.

This report will show the available inventory on a given day. Inventory will be grouped by location and commodity. It is meant to be a quick snap show of what is on hand.

To run this report, you need the Storage module, as well a one or more of the following modules that can create/record inventory: Harvest, Receiving, Processing, Packing or Harvest Quality Vision.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

3. On the Reports page, select ā€˜Storage Report Manager : Storage Commodityā€™

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date/Time: Filters the report for a given date and time. It will default to the time the report is opened.

  • Crop Type: Optionally filter for a specific Crop Type

  • Variety: Optionally filter for a specific Variety

  • Product: Optionally filter for a specific Product

  • Contact: Optionally filter for a specific Contact/Supplier assigned to the inventory

  • Location(s): Optionally filter for inventory stored in a specific location



5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Note: Each Location filtered for in this report will create a different group/heading. If multiple locations are selected, there will be multiple headings.

Report Columns:

  • Commodity: The commodity information for the inventory including the crop type, variety and unit.

  • Quantity: The total amount of inventory within the given location.
