This document will go over how to filter and run the Employee Payroll Report.

To run this report, you need the Punch Clock module(s).

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘REPORT NAME

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range.

  • Employees: Filters the report for the selected employees.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Date: The date of the transaction

  • Employee: The employee's full name and employee number

  • Piecework Hours: The hours spent by that employee doing piecework

  • Piecework Hours Payout: The normal pay of the employee for hours flagged as piecework

  • Piecework Pieces Payout: The payout for the piecework done by the employee

  • Final Piecework Payout: This will display the bigger payout between Piecework Hours Payout and Piecework Pieces Payout.

  • Regular Hours: The hours worked by the employee

  • Regular Hours Payout: The payout connected to the Pay Schedule of the employee.

  • Final Payout: The total between Final Piecework Payout and Regular Hours Payout.
