This article describes techniques use to associate multiple varieties with a single block.

There are 2 basic approaches to enter this data into they system, if you have mixed blocks.

  1. Draw the striped rows as a single block of one variety.
  2. Map the block and enter the rows individually with each variety.

This is probably the preferred method for a few reasons - you likely treat, harvest, and otherwise work all of the rows of the same variety within a block the same way at the same time.
