Sharing Files

Files may be shared to other users within the organization

Each folder has 4 permissions

View: User is able to look at the contents of the files in the folder.

Edit: User is able to modify the files within the folder

Add: User can add new files to the folder

Delete: User can remove files that are currently in the folder
