Problem
I selected Pallet Tag Default - ZPL as my Pallet Type and click Save & Print and nothing happens.
Solution
- Check that your printer is installed on your computer correctly. For help installing your printer consult the printer's manual or call the manufacturer's support line directly.
- If the printer is installed check that you have the QZ Tray installed and running in the background. See QZ Tray for more information.
