This document contains a step by step guide on how to pre-print Bin Tags. You will need the Harvest module to access this feature.

 📘 Instructions

  1. Go to your Dashboard, click on Harvest to open the drop down menu and select Harvest Tag Sets.

2. Create your Tag Set. Click on + Add New Harvest Tag Set.

3. Fill the information for your Tags:

  • Select the Farm/Block Row that you are planning to Harvest

  • Select a Crop/Variety or add a New Variety

  • Input the number of Units and Type

  • Select the Tag Style and starting TAG Number

  • Click Save.

4. Select your Tag Set you want to print clicking in the print blue button.

5. Input the number of tags you want to print and click print.

6. Information will be sent to the set up Label Printer. Please see Field Printing for more information on setting up mobile printing in the field.

Make sure your mobile device is set up to scan tags.

12. You are now ready to scan. Go you your Main menu and Tap on Harvest.

13. Create your Harvest event tab on the + sign

14. Input your Harvest information

15. Tap on your Event

16. On the Input Scree tap on the Grocery Cart to Start Scaning

17. Scan to add Harvested Bins to your Harvest Event

18. Your Bin information is added to the event

19. Optional: Once the Tag is scanned feel free to write the date and tracking code if it´s something that may help with ID.

To print a tracking code in the field, you will need to have set up a mobile printer. See Field Printing for more information
