This document will go over how to filter and run the Harvest Quality Vision Event List.

To run this you need the Harvest Quality Vision module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the Dashboard, select the Harvest dropdown and select Harvest Quality Vision Event List.

 

3. Filter the Event List as needed and hit search. See the screenshot and filter explanations below:

Event List Filters:

  • Scan Date: The date of the event you are looking for

  • Block: The block the event was attached to

5. The event list will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Event List Columns:

  • Event Ref #: The reference number of the event

  • Start Date: The date the scan was taken

  • Harvest Location: The farm/block/row attached to the event

  • Crop/Variety: The crop/variety attached to the block/scan

  • Lot Code: The lot code given to the event

  • Storage Room: The room where the harvested inventory went after scanning (Will just display the block if you do not have the storage module with rooms)

  • Number of Units: The number of units that represent the HQV scan

  • Weight per Unit: The weight of the units

  • Number of Scans: The number of scans taken in the HQV event

  • Total Apples Detected: The amount of fruit detected for the event

  • Event Creator: The name of event creator

  • Notes: Any notes attached to the HQV event

  • Actions:


Harvest Quality Vision View Report:

  1. Press the view button next to the event

    1. View

You will then be brought to the Event View

This report will give you a breakdown of the event and scans taken in that event.
