1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

4. On the S. Allergen Information select ‘New Allergen Assessment‘ to create a new Allergen Assessment event. (If you have already completed a an allergen assessment form and are looking for the report skip to Step 7.)

5. The allergen assessment form has 3 sections: Where & When , Allergen Information and Confirm.

  • Date: The date of the allergen assessment.

  • Building: The building

  • Responsible: The responsible person associated with the allergen assessment.

  • Present from a production practisepractice: List of allergens present from a production practisepractice.

  • Present in the production site or adjacent area: List of allergens present in the production site or adjacent area.

  • Present in other products handled on the same line/area: List of allergens present in other products handled on the same line/area.

  • Present in the same building/vehicle: List of allergens present in the building/vehicle.

  • Extra Measures: Extra control measures were added to the allergen information.

  • Comments: Comments associated with the allergen assessment event.
