This article lists what roles are available when creating Role Groups and what permissions they give a user. See How to add new Role Groups for more information.
Most roles fall into one of the following categories:
Admin roles allow you to create, edit and delete records.
View roles allow you to view records only.
Supervisor roles allow you to create and update related data within existing records.
Report roles give you access to specific reports on the Reports page.
General

Activity Type Admin | Can add, modify and disable activity types. |
Chemical Edit | Can edit Chemicals. |
Contact Edit | Can edit Contacts. |
Employee Admin | Can add, modify and delete employees. |
Employee View | Can view employees. |
Equipment Edit | Can edit equipment. |
Farm Admin | Can add, modify and delete blocks. |
Farm View | Can view blocks and maps. |
Harvest Admin | Can add, modify and delete harvest events. |
Harvest Supervisor | Can view harvest records and record harvest inputs. |
Harvest Training Admin | Can add, modify and delete harvest training events. |
Payroll Admin | Can view, add, modify and delete pay schedules. |
Piece Rate Admin | Can add, modify and delete piece rates. |
Production Practice Admin | Can add, modify and delete production practice events. |
Production Practice View | Can view production practice events. |
Punch Clock Admin | Can add, modify and delete worklogs. Can punch employees in and out. |
Spray Admin | Can add, modify and delete spray events. |
Treatment Template Admin | Can add, modify and delete treatment templates. |
Work Crew Admin | Can add, modify and delete employee work crews. |
Mobile App
Role | Description |

Mobile App - Production Practice | Grants access to the offline Production Practice module. Can add, modify and delete production practice events. Can add, modify and delete pieces. |
Mobile App - Punch Clock | Grants access to the offline Punch Clock module. Can add, modify and delete worklogs. Can punch employees in and out. |
Mobile App - Harvest | Grants access to the offline Harvest module. Can add, modify and delete harvest events and harvest inventory. |
Mobile App - Harvest View | Grants access to the offline Harvest module. Can view harvest events and inventory. Can NOTÂ add, modify or delete harvest events or inventory. |
Mobile App -Â Shipping | Grants access to the offline Shipping module. Can add, modify and delete shipping events and shipping inventory. |
Mobile App - HQV Scanner | Grants access to the "Take HQV Scan" button in other mobile app modules, such as harvest. |
Mobile App - HQV App | Grants access to the Harvest Quality Vision module. |
