This how-to article describes how to disable a user who will no longer be using their account.
Step-by-step guide
- Navigate to Farm Manager → User Admin.
- Click Edit under the actions menu for the user you would like to deactivate.
- Change the user's Enabled field to No.
- Click Save to disable this user.
- This user won't disappear from the user list. Instead, the Enabled column for this user will reflect this change. You can continue to edit this user's information and re-enable them at any time.
