How to disable a user

This how-to article describes how to disable a user who will no longer be using their account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Navigate to Farm Manager → User Admin.
  2. Click Edit under the actions menu for the user you would like to deactivate.
  3. Change the user's Enabled field to No.
  4. Click Save to disable this user.
  5. This user won't disappear from the user list. Instead, the Enabled column for this user will reflect this change. You can continue to edit this user's information and re-enable them at any time.
