This document contains a step by step guide on how to add a QC inspection to inventory in Storage. You will need the Storage module to access this feature.

Inspections can only be done through the Croptracker Mobile App.
📘 Instructions
1. Login to the Mobile App on your compatible Android or iOS device.
2. Scroll through the Dashboard and tap Storage to open the storage event list.
3. Find and tap on the storage event you want to inspect.
4. Tap the room you want to inspect. If you’re not sure which room to choose, browse your inventory by tapping 'All Stored Items'.
Rooms need to be prepared in advance. New rooms cannot be made in the Mobile App.

5. Tap the inventory you want to inspect to open the editing page.
6. Scroll down to the ‘INSPECTIONS’ section and tap ‘Inspect this inventory’.
7. Pick the template you want to use to generate the inspection form.
Inspection templates need to be prepared in advance. New templates cannot be made in the Mobile App.

8. Fill out the inspection form. Tap ‘Done’ in the top right corner to go back to the inventory editing page.
9. The inspection should now appear in the ‘INSPECTIONS’ section. Tap ‘Inspect this inventory’ if you need to add a new inspection. You can inspect the same inventory multiple times.
