This article will show how to print multiple labels in a regular printer with label paper like Avery or other brands

  1. On the Dashboard select the event you want to print labels and click on Edit

2. Scroll down and click on Print Tags - Please note that the tag style will have to be choose to match the size of label paper that you have. See Example below

Example: this time we have a label paper of 10 labels per page and each is 2 x 4 - so choose the label format available for a 2 x4

3. On the printer dialog select Save as PDF on your computer.

4. Open Acrobat Reader DC

and click in open and retrieve the file that you just created

5. On the file Tab click on print - to open the print dialoge box

6. Click to select Shrink oversized pages

7. Click on the tab Multiple

and select the arrangement of your labels. PE. In this case, we have a 2 x 5 arrangement.

So remember that when using a label printer each label is one page.

In this case in label page one with 10 labels will print label 1 to 10

NOTE: In this example we have 65 labels (pages) whick will be organized in label pages of 10 so

65 divided by 10 is equal to 6.5 > So you will need 7 label pages.

8. Click print --- You can print pages 1-10 which are the first 10 labels in a common paper to make sure they are aligned. If you hit print all will print all the labels (65) on label pages (7). Here below is Label page One with labels 1 to 10
