These instructions explain the best practices for submitting your growing area information to Croptracker when bulk uploading setup data. You will need to create an Excel spreadsheet file to submit your information. A spreadsheet template is linked below.

Generally, this is a process used by large scale Harvest Quality Vision customers, who have hundreds of growing areas to input.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Download the spreadsheet template provided by Croptracker, available here: Bulk Grower Area Upload Template (mandatory fields only).xls

  2. Using the template as a guide, create your own spreadsheet filled with information about your growing areas.
    Note: For HQV, the only mandatory columns are those flagged with a star ( * ). If you don’t know the exact size of your growing area, it can be left blank.

  3. Return the spreadsheet to your Croptracker contact for bulk upload.

  4. Once the upload is completed, review your data. Let your Croptracker contact know if any corrections need to be made.
