This article will explain how to view and interpret Harvest Quality Vision Results using the Croptracker web browser.

To access your HQV results on the web, login to your Croptracker account.

Under the Harvest drop down menu select ‘Harvest Quality Vision Scans’

On the scan results screen, the results are automatically filtered to the current day. Change the dates to a larger range to view more results from the dates you selected.

To view the results for a single scan, click on the preview image or the blue ‘View’ button in the Actions column.

The scan results screen in broken up into several sections. The first section, ‘details’, contains the ‘meta data’ about the scan you are taking including what variety is being scanned, when the scan was taken, who took the scan, etc.

The second section contains the reconstruction of the scan. Navigate around the model using the buttons at the top. Hold shift while using the scroll button to zoom in and out. The table of the right hand side will list the size in mm of each piece of fruit detected along with the number of data points the system used to generate that size.

The next section, ‘Size Distribution’, will display the a bar graph of the size distribution of the apples detected. This graph can be organized using, metric, imperial, or custom size class measures.

The color results are displayed below. Each bar in the graph represents 5 degrees of Hue. The y axis represents the total number of pixels of each hue range of the detected fruit. For more information on how hue is used in Croptracker, see linked page.

The next section ‘Harvest Class Colors’ will display the percentage match of this scan to any color classes set up in the system. Color classes can be filtered using column ordering or using the search filter at the top of the table. For more information on setting up color classes, see linked page.

The last section will display any inspections added to this scan. You can click view from here to view the full inspection results as needed. To view and add results to this section, you need the Quality Control Module. See linked page or contact support@croptracker.com for more information on the quality control module.
