  1. Log in to your Croptracker account in the browser.

Example: this time we have a label paper of 10 labels per page and each is 2 x 4 - so choose the label format available for a 2 x4

3. On the printer dialog select Save as PDF on your computer.

4. Open Acrobat Reader DC

and click in open and retrieve the file that you just created

5. On the file Tab click on print - to open the print dialoge box

6. Click to select Shrink oversized pages

7. Click on the tab Multiple

and select the arrangement of your labels. PE. In this case, we have a 2 x 5 arrangement.

So remember that when using a label printer each label is one page.

In this case in label page one with 10 labels will print label 1 to 10

Note

Make sure the tag style you chose for your inventory is suitable for the label paper that you are using. If you need to change it, you have to edit your inventory.

  1. When you are prompted to print, adjust the settings to get the layout you want.

Each tag is considered its own page - you should be able to pick how many “pages” (AKA tags) to print on one sheet of paper. This example shows how 10 tags get formatted when the settings are set to print 16 pages per sheet

How to manipulate the layout with Acrobat Reader DC

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above. When prompted to print, Save as PDF instead of printing.

2. Find the PDF you just downloaded and open it in Acrobat Reader DC.

3. Click on the File tab, then select Print from the dropdown.

  1. In the print dialoge box, look for the section titled Page Sizing & Handling.

  2. Select Shrink oversized pages.

  1. Click on the button that says Multiple to print multiple tags on each sheet of paper. You can pick how the tags will be formatted on the page. In this example, we set the page layout to 2 by 5.

Note

Since we are printing 65 pages (AKA tags) in a 2 x 5 layout, there will be 10 tags printed on every sheet of paper.

65 divided by 10 is equal to 6.5 > So you , so we will need 7 label pages.

8. Click print --- You can print pages 1-10 which are the first 10 labels in a common paper to make sure they are aligned. If you hit print all will print all the labels (65) on label pages (7). Here below is Label page One with labels 1 to 10

7. Click print to print your tags.
