This step-by-step guide describes how to track your chemicals and costs with Croptracker.
You will need the Spray module to access this feature. For more information on using this module see the main instructions page linked HERE.

This guide requires you have access to one or more chemicals. If you do not have access to any chemicals see How to Add a Chemical for more information.
A spray tank MUST use the same unit used to track the chemical.
📘 Tracking a Chemical
1. In the top menu expand the Farm Manager tab and click the Chemicals menu item.
2. Find the chemical you want to track in the list. Click the blue 'View’ button next to the chemical under actions.
3. Click the Track Chemical Inventory button in the top right hand corner.
4. Next, fill in the details of the Chemical.
Enter the Formulation if applicable.
Enter the Date of your initial "deposit".
Specify the Unit Type and number of Unit(s).
Select or enter a Location for where the chemical is stored.
Enter the Unit Cost or Total Cost for this chemical.
Enter any Notes if applicable.
5. When finished, click the 'Save’ button in the top right corner.
The chemical cost box on the chemical is for treatment templates and does NOT affect reports and chemical inventory, you would need to make a chemical deposit.
