A. Buildings Sketch
Generating the Report
- Click Reports in the top Navbar, then click the blue button labeled "A. Buildings Sketch".
- Fill out the relevant check boxes, then print the form.
- Using a pencil, draw a sketch of the floor plans in your buildings. The sketch should follow the directions as described on the form.
- Print out additional pages as required.
B. Storage Assessment
Record Storage Assessment
- Click Storage > Record Storage Assessment in the top Navbar.
- The form consists of three sections: When & Where, Requirements, and Confirm. Complete the form and then press Save in the third section.
Generating the Report
- Click Reports in the top Navbar, then click the blue button labeled "B. Storage Assessment".
- Select the desired date range in the Report Filter(s) section, then press the Apply button to generate the report.
- Use the buttons on the left side to email, print, or save the report as a PDF.
C. Employee Personal Hygiene - Production Site
Record Production Site Training
- Click GAP/Audit > New Production Site Training from the main menu on the dashboard.
- The form consists of three sections: When & Where, Requirements, and Confirm. Complete the form and then press Save in the third section.
Generating the Report
- Click Reports in the top Navbar, then click the blue button labeled "C. Employee Personal Hygiene - Production Site".
- Select the desired date range in the Report Filter(s) section, then press the Apply button to generate the report.
- Use the buttons on the left side to email, print, or save the report as a PDF.
D. Employee Personal Hygiene - Packinghouse/Production Site
Record Pack House Training
- Click GAP/Audit > New Pack House Training from the main menu on the dashboard.
- The form consists of three sections: When & Where, Requirements, and Confirm. Complete the form and then press Save in the third section.

Generating the Report
- Click Reports in the top Navbar, then click the blue button labeled "H1. Argonomic Inputs (Agricultural Chemicals) Report"
- In the Report Filter(s) section under Date Range, select the desired date range for the report.
- Under Crop Type, select the Crop Type from the dropdown list.
- Under Variety, select the Variety from the dropdown list.
- Under Filter Block(s) select the farm blocks by locating the blocks and clicking them on the map.
- Under Select Area(s) by Farm / Block select the blocks by the farm name, or click the + to expand the farm and select by specific blocks.
- Under Select Area(s) by Crop select the crops by the crop type, or click the + to expand the crop and select by specific crop name.
- Press the Apply button to generate the report.
- Use the buttons on the left side to email, print, or save the report as a PDF.
H2. Agronomic Inputs (Other) Report
Note: This report requires at least one Spray Event with a chemical of type 'Fertilizer' to exist
Generating the Report

- In the top Navbar click Farm Manager > Equipment.
- From the list of equipment, select the dropdown under the Details column and then select Record Maintenance
- Complete the form and then press Save.
Generating the Report
- Click Reports in the top Navbar, then click the blue button labeled "I. Equipment Cleaning, Maintenance, and Calibration"
- Select the desired date range in the Report Filter(s) section, then press the Apply button to generate the report.
- Use the buttons on the left side to email, print, or save the report as a PDF.
J. Cleaning and Maintenance - Personal Hygiene Facilities

- Click GAP/Audit > New Bathroom Clearning and Maintenance from the main menu on the dashboard.
