This article contains troubleshooting steps for your Zebra printer on iOS

For more information on troubleshooting Zebra printers contact support@croptracker.com

Instructions:

1. Check on your device if the Zebra Printer Setup app is open and close it if it is open.

2. Go to the iOS Settings app and select > Bluetooth.

3. There may be two connections that appear with the same name. One is the regular Bluetooth connection and the other is Bluetooth Low Energy.

4. Press the (info) button next to both connections. The one that has a “Rename” option is the regular Bluetooth connection. Change the name to ‘Regular Connection’. Changing the name will let you tell it apart from the Low Energy connection, which cannot be renamed.

5. If the Low Energy option is connected, disconnect from it and forget the connection. This might cause both links to be forgotten, but the regular connection should still have the new name.

6. Connect to the regular Bluetooth connection.
