rust beige = Report Title

pink= Report header, timestamp, date, organisation, etc.

yellow beige = result search/filter – filter / download visible (data table) results from your browser

green = data table containing results as organized by filters

  • search box above table filters the active data table results only
  • download visible results from data table
  • sort by one or more columns by clicking the headers

purple = filter options and submissions

-describe group <only on HQV reports

-describe filters

-describe columns in reports generated by filters

-sometimes you need to select filters to get a report to generate

-be mindful of the date range

-not all reports have all filters <this is dependent on their function

-when you change the filters you have to hit 'apply'

-some reports have toggle filters for 'only available inventory'

-button select at bottom of filters (full data export with full precision -all decimal points -will not use on chart search filter) vs. buttons on table

-describe export buttons <export buttons on the chart itself relate to what is being displayed at the time

-describe sorting columns (arrows in title section of data table)
