Approved statuses can be used to create advanced permissions for your role-groups, to limit the events that role-group members are able to view.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Under Farm Manager, navigate to User Admin and select Role Groups. If you haven't added any role groups yet, see How to add new Role Groups and How to assign permissions to users (Advanced Permissions)
  2. Select Edit next to the Role Group you would like to adjust
  3. Towards the bottom of the page, you may select Approved Statuses, note that if this field is left blank, access will be granted to ALL statuses.
  4. Select the statuses you would like this role group to have access to, and click Save.
  5. To assign users to this role group, see How to assign permissions to users (Advanced Permissions)
