  1. ID represents the system export identifier used to reference a particular export.
  2. Type represents the type of transaction that the export was generated from.
  3. Request Time is the date / time of the request.  For shipping and sales orders this will be the "Date Shipped" and for Receiving / Purchase orders it will be the "Date Received".
  4. Request Data is a preview of the data record which will be sent to the export agent for processing.
  5. Response Time is the time that the agent completed and sent results for a given export record.
  6. Response Data is the response data / messages from the export agent
  7. Status is the current state of the record, it can be:
    1. Ready - The record appears ready to sync
    2. Error - Some condition is preventing it from being Ready – check the Message to find out what
    3. Exported - The record has been queued to the export agent but has not been added to the sync queue
    4. Syncing - An agent has collected the export and it's currently in the offline sync queue
    5. Failed - An agent has handled the export and encountered a failure condition that needs to be reviewed before syncing again
    6. Complete - The agent has successfully completed the export process for the transaction
  8. Message - The message will contain the response data from the agent, this should contain the same information as the request data but the agent will add the completion status for each item as a success / failure.  Failures will also contain a message representing the nature of the failure and any dialogs or program errors that occurred.

Exporting a Record

Exporting a record releases it from the Croptracker export list and prepares it for entry into the third-party software.
